Senior Algorithm Engineer

Assignment Scope

Design and implement high-performance biometric matching algorithms

Analyze and evaluate algorithm performance using both synthetic and real-world datasets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into mobile, embedded, and cloud-based platforms

Perform benchmarking, robustness testing, and quality evaluations

Leverage image analysis and AI techniques to further enhance biometric algorithms

Required Competence

Strong programming skills in C and Python

Solid experience in image processing, pattern recognition, and machine learning / deep learning

Experience with frameworks and tools such as OpenCV and TensorFlow

Good understanding of FAR, FRR, EER, template protection, and data regulations (e.g. )

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems

Meriting Experience

Previous experience working with biometric systems

Experience with synthetic data generation

Knowledge of liveness detection or related technologies
