Test Analyst

Essential requirements:

• Senior Test Lead experience on large, complex initiatives (E2E)

Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for large transformation programs or enterprise platforms.

• Test strategy ownership & leadership

Ability to define, implement, and maintain overall test strategy, including test automation direction, planning, and governance.

• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Experience working closely with senior stakeholders (Project Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, vendors) across multiple teams.

• Hands-on technical testing expertise

Solid technical background with experience in integration testing, test automation, and supporting performance and migration testing.

• Leadership & team building capability

Experience staffing, onboarding, mentoring, and guiding testers and test automation specialists within a large program.

Background in coaching system and acceptance testers to work efficiently in large, complex programs.

• Custody & Securities domain knowledge

Prior experience in custody, securities, or financial services platforms is a strong plus.

• Exposure to fast-paced transformation programs

Experience working in major IT transformations or platform replacements with multiple parallel workstreams.
