Finance Team Lead (SAP)

We are looking for a finance team lead with SAP project management focus, as we have entered a global project with purpose to upgrade our current SAP to S4/HANA. Current timeline suggests go live October 2027 and we view this assignment as long term.

• Manage a capability team in all its aspects (workstreams) on operational level

• Manage a team of experts in project-matrix organization.

• Identify experts for the SAP processes (detail and end-to-end processes) in the team and align availabilities of team members with Departmental managers, supported by PLT

• Manage the team to execute the work assigned for all workstreams through the entire project lifecycle

• Resource plan, detailed workplan based on workstream methodologies, progress reporting and forecasting.

• Deep understanding of and multi-year experience with business processes in an ERP system (preferably SAP, eg FI and/or CO)

• Understanding of the integration of detailed (ERP) processes in the context of various E2E process

• Understanding of and Experience with ERP roll outs

• Experience in leading project teams in large international projects in a complex environment

• Accounting and controlling knowledge is desirable but not mandatory

Presence at Finspång office is required 1-2 days per week. On planned weekly workshops or similar local attendance is also requested.
