As Director Consulting Services (DCS), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence and driving client success. This position combines strategic business leadership with hands-on operational excellence and participation in client delivery. Ensuring both growth and delivery at the highest level.
You will lead the expansion of our retail activities, leveraging commercial drive, industry insight, and deep sector knowledge to guide both clients and consultants. As a connecting leader; you coach and develop the team and contribute to strategic engagements.
You understand how to build trust as an advisor and forge long-term relationships in a rapidly changing market. You also play a key role in expanding CGI's network within the retail sector, actively identifying and seizing new opportunities.
