Management Analyst I - EOIR/BIA

This team supports the DOJ's Executive Office for Immigration Review-Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), located at EOIR headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia. BIA is the highest administrative body for interpreting and applying immigration laws. It is authorized up to 21 Board Members, including the Chairman and Vice Chairman who share responsibility for BIA management. Generally, the BIA does not conduct courtroom proceedings - it decides appeals by conducting a paper review of cases. As a Management Analyst I you will support EOIR

• BIA Clerk's Office by assisting the Chief Clerk or assigned personnel with special projects and initiatives. Our team supports a fast-paced environment, with direct impact on immigration processing for the entire Nation.
