Your future duties and responsibilities: • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions (including backend, frontend, analysts, Dynamics, CRM, DevOps, Big Data, ETL,.NET) • Cooperating with Hiring Managers

• providing recruitment advisory, planning recruitment strategies, and participating in meetings and briefings • Actively sourcing candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods • Working with an ATS system
• managing applications, pipelines, and recruitment reporting • Collaborating with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives • Participating in international initiatives
• sharing knowledge and best practices within CGI's global structures • Building a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

Required qualifications to be successful in this role • At least 5 years of experience in an IT Recruiter role • Very good command of Polish and English (both written and spoken) • Hands-on experience in recruiting for technical IT roles (backend, frontend, analysts, Dynamics, CRM, DevOps, Big Data, ETL,.NET) • Knowledge of sourcing tools and best practices in IT recruitment • A proactive attitude, independence, and a strong problem-solving mindset
