Consultant IFS (HR i Payroll)

As an IFS HR & Payroll Consultant in our team, you will work on projects related to the implementation, configuration, and development of IFS HR and Payroll modules, as well as providing consultancy services to clients in the area of optimizing HR and payroll processes.

Your responsibilities will include: • Professional experience in the role of an ERP Implementation Consultant • Experience in IFS implementation projects, particularly within the HR and Payroll area • Participation in at least 3 successfully completed implementations (preferably within HR/Payroll) • Practical knowledge of HR and payroll processes (including employment, time and attendance, compensation, payroll processing, and reporting) • Knowledge of labor law regulations and/or payroll-related topics (depending on the project role) • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and modeling business requirements within the HR/Payroll area • Ability to prepare process and functional documentation • Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops for business users • A proactive attitude toward finding optimal, client-tailored solutions • Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication with clients
