Title: Associate Enterprise Communications Platforms Location: Bangalore Shift: Afternoon shift Experience: 1+ year Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
ROLE DESCRIPTION This position is part of the team that provides business analysis and support for the platforms we use to communicate internally with CGI employees (known as ‘CGI Partners'). This includes our Intranet, our knowledge sharing platform and the tools we use to share videos, emails and other communications with CGI Partners'. This position reports to the Manager, Corporate Services in the Enterprise Communication Platforms (ECP) team and is part of the wider Enterprise and Executive Communications (EEC) Center of Expertise (COE). This person will quickly gain functional knowledge of our platforms to support our content curators and assist in maintenance activities. This role involves interfacing with content owners, assessing business needs and providing guidance and expertise to support our corporate services, operations teams, and CGI Partners. This person is also involved in gathering and processing data to provide insight into our platforms from metrics. This role is part of a global team, supporting content curators and CGI Partners from across the world. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership . Provide EEC platform/s day-to-day support for users and content curators such as responding to questions and helping with content uploads. . Work closely with the Digital Platforms

- Expert (SME) to increase functional expertise of the platforms. . Collaborate with ECP team to gather statistics and produce regular metrics showing usage of our platforms. . Work on team related activities as mandated. These include but are not limited to active participation in team meetings & discussions, support and back up activities, fun huddles and more. Service Delivery . Collaborate with content curators to understand the business needs and make recommendations for content management and delivery based on established best practices. . Configure intranet pages to meet content curators' business needs. . Using insights from data suggests platform improvements to improve the CGI Partner experience, increase engagement, and drive efficiency. . Participate in change management and training efforts on identified EEC platforms to enable collective success of the content manager. . Operate in adherence to the published platform governance. Development of Expertise . Develop functional (and limited technical) platform/s knowledge. . Share expertise within CGI, specifically to the content curators, to promote implementation of content management best practices. Enterprise Communications Platforms

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. . Fluent in English (written and verbally), French beneficial but not mandatory . Experience in analyzing data and reports to extract insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel. . Comfortable with basic mathematical calculations such as percentages and normalization of data. EXPERIENCE . Experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms, such as SharePoint Online, Viva Engage, preferred but not mandatory . Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio and Tableau to create customized reports / dashboards beneficial . Experience with Agile methodology is beneficial . Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is beneficial
