Job Title: BMC Remedy Helix Solution Architect Position: MCD/MCE Experience: 15+ years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Shift: Sweden Shift (2 PM to 11 PM) Main location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Position ID: J1125-1323 Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Primary : Strong BMC Remedy Platform Experience, Integration (Both Cloud and OnPrem along with DWPC, Smart IT, Smart Reporting) – Good to have - TSO knowledge
Design and architect BMC Helix ITSM solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead implementation and configuration of Helix ITSM, DWP, CMDB, and related modules. Ensure best practices in development, customization, and performance optimization. Build REST/SOAP integrations, including ticket e-bonding and CMDB integrations. Configure Smart Reporting dashboards and analytical reports. Drive automation and workflow improvements across the platform. Ensure solution reliability, security, scalability, and compliance.
