AWS Cloud Support Engineer

Job Title: AWS Cloud Support Engineer Experience: 8 to 12 Years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Location: Only Bangalore Position ID: J1225-1241 Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification Any Engineering background or and MCA / Any Graduation

• Full Time only Responsibilities: Role & Responsibility :

. Provide L2/L3 Support on AWS Infra. . Handle incident analysis, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and ensure “first-time-right” delivery. . Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible. . Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for API and integration deployments. . Manage configurations, ensure version control and consistency. . Set up and maintain monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk). . Ensure security, access control, compliance, and implement backup & disaster recovery. . Use Docker & Kubernetes for containerized deployments. . Support integration flows and work in a global 24/7 team environment.

Technical Key Skills :

. Strong Support experience. . Cloud skills, Preferably on AWS. . Terraform and IaC tools. . Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible. . Programming knowledge: Java, Python, Go, XML, JSON ( At least one mandatory ) . Ability to design simple, secure, reliable architectures. . Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts ( Night-shift on-call support only, scheduled on a 6-member rotation ) . Good communication & teamwork skills.

Additional / Good-to-Have Skills :

. CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven). . Understanding of API & Interoperability architecture patterns. . Experience with Mule ESB, API Gateway frameworks. .
