Senior Service Designer

At CGI, our Service Designers play a vital role in shaping end-to-end services that improve how complex systems are designed, assured, and delivered. In this role, you’ll use discovery and user insight to create service offerings that enable the effective testing and assurance of new assets and technologies across a large, distributed estate. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful design challenges, influence outcomes that matter, and deliver high-impact solutions, supported by collaborative, multidisciplinary teams that value creativity, accountability, and growth.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. You must be based in the UK with the ability to travel to client site as needed.
