Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Lead the development of a secure Patient Portal for hospitals, clinics, and public health organizations. Drive product vision, manage backlog, and ensure compliance with Finnish healthcare regulations. Responsibilities: Define product roadmap and prioritize features (appointments, messaging, prescriptions, Kanta integration). Translate requirements into user stories and manage backlog. Collaborate with development teams using Agile practices. Ensure and Finnish data compliance. Engage stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills: 7+ years in product ownership or healthcare IT. Strong Agile experience and familiarity with Finnish healthcare ecosystem. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
