Job Decription:

. Function as the primary contact for client enquiries, requests and ad hoc projects . Function as a senior member who is able to coach and mentor junior members of the team . Supports project teams in order to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with standard project methodology, ensure speedy and accurate reporting . Identify special techniques and approaches that will be required within the project and improve efficiency . Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools . Facilitate the alignment of the project portfolio with the business strategy and objectives . Subject Matter Expert in area of work . Document, update and store OPMs or work instructions in respective sites . Perform duties as documented in the OPMs/work instructions

Background and Essential Skills:

.            Bachelor's degree of any business-related field .            Preferably with experience or knowledge on different Project Management or Project Control Office (PMO/PCO) activities such as Financial Analysis, Delivery Assurance and other administrative tasks .            Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to details .            Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and resolve issues effectively .            Experienced in report preparation and analysis .            Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA macro and MS Excel Power Query .            Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
