Role Overview: As an IT Asset Reliability & Maintenance Expert, your main role is to keep the maintenance application ecosystem running smoothly. You are an SAP PM specialist and also manage related satellite applications and reporting tools. You work closely with maintenance teams, using your combined IT and domain expertise to ensure reliable operations and suggest improvements. Goals and deliverables Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the SAP PM system and satellites run smoothly and efficiently. • Troubleshoot and escalate incidents, coordinate problems and arbitrate user requests. • Perform regular system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance. • Provide user support and animate training sessions • Lead or support initiatives, such as deploying new tools or features. • Collaborate with business teams to translate demands into specifications • Participate in digitalization and innovation initiatives, including GenAI. • Maintain the documentation in compliance with internal standards. Profile: • Strong experience with SAP PM module (configuration, support, enhancements, deployments). • Deep understanding of maintenance processes in industrial environments. • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global multicultural team. Education and experience • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical/functional role focused on SAP PM and other satellite applications used in Maintenance • Proven track record of participation in maintenance transformation for large user bases. • Agile or other project management methodologies experience is a plus Skills and behavioral competencies • Strong hands-on experience configuring SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including integration with MM, FICO, (QM & PP is a plus) and external applications. • Hands-on experience in SAP PM support and functional testing. • In-depth knowledge of SAP PM master data and day-to-day maintenance activities. • Skilled in setting up master data (Functional Loc, BOMs, Task lists, measuring points, work centers, maintenance plans…) • Familiar with maintenance processes such as notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, calibration, and refurbishment. • Good understanding of maintenance and reliability tools (SAP APM) • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (a plus). • SAP PM certification (a plus).
