Solution Architect-ServiceNow

CGI is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, implement and manage solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has strong development expertise, as well as advanced knowledge of ITSM practices.

Key Responsibilities .    Design solutions that meet business needs, mainly in ITSM practices, while respecting the organization's best practices and architectural standards. .    Collaborate with development teams and provide technical vision, advice and leadership to implement effective and accurate solutions. .    Write and maintain technical documentation associated with solutions and configurations. .    Lead projects related to the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are respected. .    Work with various stakeholders to understand requirements, track needs, and facilitate the design and implementation of solutions. .    Ensure continuous improvement of the platform: upgrades, optimization, addition of features. .    Train and support teams and stakeholders in the use of the platform and the solutions implemented.

Requirements .    Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of information technology. .    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cloud architecture consultant, whether solution, integration or functional. .    Minimum of 3 years of experience in projects using ServiceNow. .    University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Information Systems (OIS).

Skills in demand .    Excellent understanding of ServiceNow and its core modules. .    Proficient in the areas of ITSM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM (interview questions centered on these topics). .    Fluency with the CMDB, its relationships, best practices, as well as ITSM features. .    Strong skills in solution analysis, architecture, integration and design.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000–$135.000. This role is an existing vacancy
