Test Automation Engineer

Your role in our team As a Test Automation Engineer, you will contribute directly to the reliability and performance of our clients’ digital products. You will: • Act as a bridge between business and IT through clear communication • Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications • Design and implement automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing • Identify, analyse, and document bugs while collaborating with developers to ensure quick resolution • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery • Work closely with developers, QA colleagues, and product teams to align test strategies • Provide clear insights and reporting based on automated test runs • Contribute ideas for smarter, faster, and more effective testing processes

How you strengthen our team You don’t need to be an expert—what matters is a strong foundation, eagerness to grow, and a passion for quality. Ideally, you bring: • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, Selenium or Appium • Basic to intermediate programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or C# • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) • Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and an interest in performance testing (e.g., JMeter) • Understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working • Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS and SQL A pre-employment screening is part of the application process
