We are seeking a Business Architect to play a key leadership role in a major transformation initiative. In this role, you will lead business design across requirements, operating models, user stories, functional design, and business contributions to architecture, UX, and migration planning. You will also lead and guide a multi-disciplinary team spanning Business Analysts, Process Analysts, UX, Architecture, and technical collaborators. Success in this role requires a deep appreciation for business process transformation, including its impacts on both the technical landscape and the lived human experience of end users. The Business Architect must be able to pick up on implicit needs, pressures, and pain points during stakeholder conversations—even when not explicitly stated—and translate these into forward-looking deputs.
