Job Summary 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project management, Transition Management, or IT Operations. Strong knowledge of Network, Server, Cloud, Storage, and Workplace technologies (high-level understanding). Hands-on experience with large-scale infrastructure transitions or transformations. Leads service delivery to customer(s) in order to deliver contracted service commitments and continual service improvements (typically to senior level) Lead functional teams that are responsible to assist project managers, program managers and operations managers Coach, lead and manage the members of the functional team Define roles and responsibilities of functional team members and distribute responsibilities Show a greater level of involvement in scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, changes, procurements management, along with the respective stakeholders Actively owns service risks and issues, controls service costs, and improves productivity of high complexity contracts for customers in order to increase profitability and continually improve cost effectiveness Regular contributor and innovator to the continual improvement of service delivery standards and practices for the customer contract and community Delivery Management, providing reliable service, meeting SLAs and achieving transformation targets. Financial Management, actively manage contract financial performance to meet financial objectives; ensuring planned profit margins are achieved. Contract Profit Improvement, ensure opportunities for cost reduction are recognized and achieved Client Reporting / Reviews. Attend Client service contract review meetings with the Client Service Manager when invited to discuss provisioning related topics (e.g. changes to transaction volumes, services provided etc) Strong leadership skills on client meetings and calls Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills. Strong project management and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and drive accountability. Sound understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes
