Business Analyst, Insurance We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and deliver system solutions that meet our clients’ insurance business needs. Your role As a Business Analyst, you will act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical specialists, gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into clear, functional solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

You bring solid experience from similar roles and the confidence to take ownership in client projects.

Our offices are located in Espoo, Tampere, and Lappeenranta, and we work in a hybrid model that combines remote work with on-site presence. Please note the role requires partly working at the Espoo office.

The Team You Will Join You will be part of a supportive, solution-oriented team within our non-life insurance unit. The team is responsible for developing policy and claims systems and includes experts across the full spectrum of system development, from analysis to implementation.

What we expect from you • Analytical mindset and ability to see the big picture • Experience in functional specifications and end-to-end solutions • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, diverse workplace

Furthermore, you have experience in IT system projects, particularly in analyst roles, and you bring hands-on expertise in documenting requirements and creating UML models. You possess strong problem-solving abilities and work well in collaboration with others, supported by excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
