We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Instrumentation & Systems Integration Engineer to lead and support automation, control, and integration initiatives across oil & gas assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in industrial instrumentation, control systems (DCS/SCADA), MES applications, and IT/OT convergence, with working knowledge of industrial networking and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities: . Design, configure, and maintain instrumentation and control systems including DCS, PLC, and SCADA platforms across upstream and downstream operations. . Lead IT/OT integration projects, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between operational systems and enterprise platforms. . Implement and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to enhance production monitoring, traceability, and operational efficiency. . Develop and maintain network architectures for industrial environments, including VLAN configurations, firewall policies, and secure remote access. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration between field devices, control systems, and cloud business applications. . Support alarm management, system diagnostics, and performance optimization of control systems in compliance with safety and reliability standards. . Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC 62443, ISA-95 and is aware of OT cybersecurity and architecture frameworks. . Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. . 7–8 years of experience in instrumentation, automation, and systems integration within the oil & gas industry. . Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC systems (e.g., Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell Experion, Siemens PCS 7) and SCADA/HMI platforms. . Strong understanding of MES systems, OPC UA, MQTT, and industrial communication protocols. . Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles. . Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and their application in industrial environments. . Familiarity with ISA-95, IEC 62443. . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills: . Experience with edge computing, IIoT platforms, and data historians. . Exposure to cybersecurity assessments and compliance audits in OT environments. . Certifications in ISA, Cisco, or cloud technologies are a plus.
