CGI Federal is seeking a UX/UI Specialist to join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on delivering user-centered design solutions that drive mission success. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments with deep expertise in user research, interaction design, and usability testing. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals, conduct customer discovery sessions, and create artifacts such as conceptual models, journey maps, personas, and screen prototypes. You will also document user requirements and design recommendations to ensure alignment with user expectations to eliminate pain points.
Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week
