Technical Lead – Conversational AI & Business Systems

Location: Hybrid

• Conversational AI & Business Systems to serve as a strategic bridge between business, technical, and product teams. This role leads the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation and conversational platforms. It combines system analysis, full-stack development, and leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will ensure architectural excellence, foster technical innovation, and align solutions with business goals across AI-driven initiatives such as IVR, Virtual Assistants, Generative AI, and automation systems.
