Description
Plan and Coordinate Engagement Initiatives Organize and support employee engagement activities such as but not limited to company or business unit wide events such as team-building sessions, wellness programs, cultural celebrations, and recognition campaigns · Event Logistics Management Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including venue booking, materials preparation, vendor coordination, and on-site support · Internal Communications Support Create and propose engaging content for internal communications (emails, posters, newsletters, intranet posts, surveys) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and/or MarComm team · Calendar and Feedback Management Maintain event calendars, track attendance, and facilitate pre and/or post-event surveys and feedback collection to assess impact and improve future initiatives · Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with various departments to ensure high participation and alignment with company values and culture · Innovative Engagement Strategies Research and recommend creative engagement ideas tailored to a diverse, multi-generational, and multicultural workforce · Reporting and Insights Assist in interpreting results, preparing reports and presentations that highlight engagement metrics, survey results, and actionable insights/feedback to support continuous improvement and partner voice
