. 6+ years of experience in Azure and Windows infrastructure management . Strong understanding of Azure PaaS, IaaS, and Hybrid Cloud models. . Skilled in Azure PowerShell scripting for automation and deployments. . Hands-on with ExpressRoute, VPN, WAN, Azure AD (B2B/B2C) integrations. . Proficient in monitoring, management, and security using Azure and third-party tools. . Experienced in deploying VMs, Storage, VNETs, Azure SQL, Backup, and App Services. . Collaborate with DevOps and architects to modernize workloads to PaaS. . Ensure security, compliance, and governance across Azure environments. . Lead incident resolution and RCA for escalated L2/L3 issues. . Knowledge of VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, and resource optimization. . Manage critical and emergency change requests per ITIL standards. . Participate in problem review meetings and implement preventive measures. . Drive incident bridges, identify recurring issues, and suggest solutions. . Contribute to migration and upgrade initiatives for cloud and Windows servers. . Ensure SLA compliance and deliver reliable 24x7 operational support. . Certified in Windows/VMware, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
