Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced SAP SSR Application Support professional to support Card and Accounting transaction processing. The role focuses on production support, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, issue resolution, and close coordination with business and technical teams to ensure smooth operations within SLA.

Job Description: • 5–8 years of experience in SAP SSR application support • Strong understanding of card transaction lifecycle and accounting processes • Analyze and resolve transaction failures, accounting mismatches, and posting errors • Hands-on experience in production / operations support • Knowledge of reconciliation, postings, batch processing • Good with ABAP knowledge (debugging, jobs, tables) • Experience in high-volume transaction systems • Monitor card transactions, batch jobs, settlement, and accounting postings • Perform reconciliation, batch verification, and suspense clearing • Support Daily, month-end, and year-end processing • Handle incidents, service requests, and Issues • Interact with business users and stakeholders for issue resolution
