MS Dynamics CRM Lead

For one of our key clients, we are delivering a modern IT project in the area of digital transformation, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. We are looking for an MS Dynamics CRM Lead who not only has strong technical expertise but is also able to translate business needs into effective and scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include: • Deg solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform • Customizing and developing CRM functionality, mainly in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, and portals • Collaborating with development and business teams on integrations with legacy, on-premises, and cloud systems • Supporting requirements analysis, architecture design, and technology decision-making • Creating and overseeing technical and functional documentation

Ideally, you will have: • At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Experience in a technical lead or architect role • Practical knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) • Experience in deg CRM solutions and integrating them with other systems • Ability to tailor systems to specific client needs • Ability to create technical and functional documentation • English proficiency enabling effective communication (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have: • Experience working with Microsoft Azure (e.g. Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) • Knowledge of industries such as telecommunications, insurance, or banking
