IT Project Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of key projects in the insurance and banking domains. If you have strong project management experience and understand the specifics of the consulting environment, this role may be a great fit.

Your responsibilities will include: • Managing IT projects within the insurance and banking sectors. • Conducting business analysis, identifying requirements, and defining solutions that support clients’ business objectives. • Preparing project plans, monitoring progress, and managing project risks. • Coordinating project teams and ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders. • Ensuring project delivery in line with agreed schedules, budgets, and client expectations. • Supporting the team in decision-making and resolving issues arising during project execution. • Building long-term client relationships while acting as a strategic partner.

Ideally, you will have: • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management on the vendor side – mandatory. • Experience delivering IT projects in a fixed-price model – mandatory. • Experience in a consulting environment. • Experience in managing project teams. • Knowledge of the insurance and banking industries, including business processes and regulations. • Ability to conduct business analysis and document requirements. • A consulting mindset
