CSR Associate

Position Overview:As a CSR, you will support the CSR team in the development, execution, and monitoring of social impact programs. You'll assist with event coordination, research, data management, and internal/external communications. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to make a real difference while gaining practical experience in CSR. Key Responsibilities:

. Program Support: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring CSR programs, events, and volunteer activities. . Community Engagement: Build relationships with partners, promote initiatives via social media, and support workshops and outreach events. . Data Management & Reporting: Maintain records, track program progress, and help create impact reports. . Administrative & Communication Support: Provide administrative support, manage communication, and create CSR content. . Research & Analysis: Conduct research on social issues and assess program effectiveness to provide recommendations.

. Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field. . Passion for social causes, sustainability, and community development. . Strong communication skills (written and verbal). . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. . Previous volunteer experience is a plus.
