. A hands-on, senior engineer with a strong technical background and engineering mindset who can bridge theory and practice. . Experience deg/implementing test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured) and integrating them into CI/CD (AzDO/Jenkins/GitHub). . Solid API and Contract-Based Testing skills (OpenAPI/PACT/Postman/Bruno). . Comfortable building Golden Path components (templates, pipeline YAMLs, data utilities, Allure dashboards) and coaching squads to adopt them. . Strong grasp of risk-based testing, testing pyramid, test data management, and reporting/observability.
