Manager, Business Consulting: Strategy & Change

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
As a core partner of the Business & Strategic IT Consulting practice, you will be an internal and external expert related to driving organizational transformation through project leadership and change management fundamentals. We help our clients at various stages of their transformation journeys, so this role will have the opportunity to both help shape strategic goals and overcome various operational challenges during implementation. This includes supporting executive leaders through mobilization planning and roadmaps, assessing transformation maturity, and leading implementation engagements to overcome cultural and organizational barriers. The Business & Strategic IT Consulting practice partners with clients to help them realize their full potential by unleashing the power of people and technology.
