Management Analyst II

Description

CGI is seeking a Management Analyst II to provide support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Washington, DC

Your future duties and responsibilities: This position performs the following functions: .    Extract and compile data from various sources, such as field notes, meeting minutes, and reports. Process the data, identify any errors or inconsistencies, and select appropriate methods for data presentation. .    Assist with the preparation of financial reports and the review and processing of invoices. .    Utilize fully applicable precedents and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Receive initial instructions and advice from clients as needed, and perform recurring work independently. .    Undertake assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed, selecting or adapting standard procedures. Work is reviewed for adequacy and compliance. .    Exercise judgment and initiative to recognize inconsistencies or gaps in data and seek additional sources to clarify information. .    Perform routine office tasks, including answering phones, handling routine correspondence, and operating office equipment. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: .    Analytical and problem-solving skills .    Ability to work with financial data .    Communication with internal and external stakeholders .    MS Office experience Hourly Rate: $28.79/hour

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
