Your role in our team As a Store System Analyst, you will be part of the Global IT Store System team for a large retail client, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration, testing, and support of store systems. This role involves analyzing complex application integrations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. You will: • Conduct integration testing and validate system functionalities. • Review and improve technical documentation for system processes. • Manage incident resolution at the 3rd Level Support (OSP), ensuring timely problem-solving. • Proactively test system functionalities and contribute to system adoption. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Location : Arnhem/Amsterdam
How you strengthen our team We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Store System Analyst with a strong technical background. You will: • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring high availability and reliability. • Work collaboratively to resolve bugs and coordinate fixes. • Maintain clear and structured communication with colleagues and stakeholders. • Support the deployment and adoption process of new store system technologies. • Ensure compliance with best practices in system documentation and testing.
Tech Stack & Tools In this role, you will work with a mix of testing, integration, and system analysis tools, including: Testing & Issue Management: • Test Rail
- Creating test cases based on user requirements, executing test runs, and reporting results. • PostMan
- API execution and testing. • JIRA & Confluence
- Managing project workflows, documentation, and collaboration. Database & Development Tools: • MySQL
- Understanding and managing data-related queries. • DaoCloud
- Experience in cloud-based system management. • BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation)
- Understanding business workflows for system improvements.
What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate: ✔ Has a strong balance of technical and functional knowledge (50/50 split). ✔ Understands complex application integrations and their impact on store systems. ✔ Has experience in incident management and troubleshooting issues efficiently. ✔ Is proactive, with a hands-on mentality to support deployment and adoption processes. ✔ Can analyze system workflows and data processes with an eye for optimization. ✔ Is highly communicative and collaborative, keeping stakeholders informed throughout projects. ✔ Has experience with system testing, API execution, and issue tracking tools. ✔ Good communication in Dutch and English ✔ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
