Guidewire Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer specializing in PolicyCenter to join our team and contribute to a large-scale, complex Guidewire implementation program.

Job responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter features. • Collaborate with teams and clients to define and deliver business requirements. • Support system integrations and performance optimization. • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies. • Contribute to CI/CD setup, automated testing, and best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • Proven experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development, including configuration and integration. • Proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire development framework. • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). • Strong understanding of software engineering practices, including version control, CI/CD, and automated testing. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken). • Ability to work effectively in a distributed, international environment and directly with clients.
