Jouw rol in ons team As Director Consulting Services (DCS) you are the pivot in the services of CGI. You are a consulting professional with Business & IT services experience and together with your team of +/- 15 colleagues you make the difference in assignments for your customer. The current team has a primary focus on risk and regulatory implementations across business and IT disciplines.

In addition to your own billable assignment (50% of your time), you fulfill a multifaceted role covering business development, employee (member) management and service delivery to our clients. Prime responsibilities will be driving innovation and growth, and mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

You see opportunities and know how to deliver value to your clients, by leveraging the best of CGI’s broad and international portfolio of services, proprietary solutions and external partnerships with leading technology providers. You ensure drive continuous improvement in your team; involving them in the development of new services for your customers, recruitment of new talent, and professional growth. Together with your Vice President Consulting Services (whom you report to) and the DCS colleagues within the unit, you contribute to the growth of the unit and of the Financial Services sector.

Hoe jij ons team versterkt As a DCS you are expected to be able to combine strong management qualities with your own professional knowledge. You have knowledge and experience of business & IT developments within the Financial Services sector. You have excellent communication skills and with a strong persuasiveness you can easily win others over to your ideas. • At least 5 years’ work experience in commercial or operational management positions in business and IT solutions; • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in Financial Services and experience in implementing regulatory change; • High-quality network at financial institutions; • The talent and drive to achieve successful results with a team of highly skilled consultants, as well as attract and develop the talent;
