How you’ll make an impact: • Learn about our industry, clients, organizational structure, and business objectives. • Work with project teams to analyze client requirements, procedures, and challenges. • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and assist in translating findings into actionable insights. • Support testing activities and document defects for resolution. • Contribute to client deliverables, including user manuals, training materials, and reports. • Provide onsite client consulting and support when needed.

What you’ll need: ● Currently enrolled as a Junior in credits at an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor's degree. ● We welcome all majors; however, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems, have historically been a strong fit. ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. ● Collaborative mindset with flexibility to work in fast-changing environments. ● Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18 - $24 per hour.
