Business Analyst / MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for business analysis as well as the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Dynamics CRM system, including user support and issue resolution related to the system.

Your responsibilities will include: • Analyzing clients’ business and technical requirements. • Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborating with IT and business teams to define project requirements. • Preparing analytical documentation, including requirements specifications and reports. • Participating in user acceptance testing and supporting the implementation phase. • Deg and implementing solutions based on Dynamics CRM. • Configuring and optimizing the Dynamics CRM system. • Training users and providing technical support. • Creating technical and user documentation. • Cooperating with developers and analysts.

We are ideally looking for someone who has: • At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar role. • Experience in analyzing and documenting CRM processes (operational, sales), customer service, and sales processes. • Knowledge of analytical tools and project management methodologies. • Skills in process modeling and documentation. • Ability to define business and system requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level) and proficiency in Polish. • Knowledge of the Dynamics CRM system and its modules. • Experience in configuring and optimizing the Dynamics CRM system. • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications as an additional asset.
