Jr Software Trainer

CGI Federal is seeking a Jr. Software Trainer to join our dynamic team to provide software training and support for a wide range of employees at a federal agency in Alexandria, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for varying aspects of instructional curriculum development in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Trainers are expected to provide classroom and remote training as well as phone, chat room or desk-side assistance for federal staff. In addition, Trainers may also help create computer-based training modules. Experienced teachers/trainers are welcome to apply. Good communication skills, customer service skills, and teamwork skills are a must. We're a close-knit team that has access to global resources.
