Job Title: Mulesoft Developer & Platform Support
Position: SSE Experience: 6-12 yrs Category: IT Infrastructure Main location: Bangalore Shift : 2 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Must have : Mulesoft lead developer, Application support, Problem solving skills, Proactive handling, Self-starter, Excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities Platform Build & Enablement • Configure, deploy, and maintain MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments (CloudHub or Runtime Fabric) to support the EnterpriseOne implementation. • Set up and manage environments across development, test, UAT, and production stages. • Create reusable integration assets, templates, and accelerators to support EnterpriseOne interfaces. • Support onboarding and enablement of integration developers working on ERP-related integrations. EnterpriseOne Integration Support • Support development of MuleSoft integrations connecting EnterpriseOne with upstream and downstream systems. • Assist with implementation of API-led connectivity patterns for EnterpriseOne data and process integrations. • Work with EnterpriseOne technical teams to integrate using JDE tools such as Orchestrator, BSSV, AIS, and batch interfaces. • Support data transformations, mappings, and error handling specific to ERP processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, order management). CI/CD, Automation & DevOps • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications and APIs supporting the ERP rollout. • Automate deployments, environment configuration, and platform maintenance activities. • Support version control, branching strategies, and release management for integration assets. Platform Operations & Reliability • Monitor MuleSoft applications and APIs supporting EnterpriseOne integrations. • Configure logging, alerting, dashboards, and operational metrics. • Support performance testing, capacity planning, and scaling activities for ERP go-lives. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues across MuleSoft and EnterpriseOne. Security & Governance Support • Implement platform-level security controls including authentication, authorization, and secrets management. • Support API policies such as rate limiting, client enforcement, and data protection. • Ensure platform configurations comply with enterprise security and compliance requirements. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Work closely with MuleSoft architects, EnterpriseOne functional teams, and integration developers. • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during design, build, test, and cutover phases. • Identify opportunities to improve platform stability, performance, and developer experience.
Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering or platform engineering roles. • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub or Runtime Fabric). • Experience supporting ERP integrations, preferably with EnterpriseOne (JDE) or similar ERP platforms. • Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, message queues, and integration patterns. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices. • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Preferred Qualifications • MuleSoft Certified Developer or Platform Architect certification. • Experience supporting greenfield ERP implementations or large-scale transformations. • Familiarity with containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools. • Exposure to API governance and enterprise integration standards.
Soft Skills • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams. • Comfortable working in fast-paced ERP delivery environments. • Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
