Position Description: 2-7 years of Developer and Support professional experience in.Net & Oracle /SQL Database and have good debugging and analytical skills. Manage incidents and Problems effectively in Production Support along with release support Hands -on L2 Application support experience, good to have healthcare domain experience. Good to have Prod support tools knowledge i.e Service Now,Splunk,Dynatrace. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends. Should be a quick learner and upskill new technology based on project needs. Should have effective communication skills. Should be able to do root cause analysis within SLA.
