Senior Business Systems Analyst

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
The Senior Systems Business Analyst is the primary liaison among business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems that satisfy business objectives on mission-critical projects. The Senior Business Analyst manages and communicates those requirements throughout the project life cycle. The Senior Business Analyst provides guidance and shares expertise with other team members through coaching and mentoring. Experience working on a diverse variety of projects both large and small as the lead Business Analyst throughout the project/development lifecycle is required to be successful in this role. Looking for an individual with experience with Canadian dealer back-office systems in addition to in-depth knowledge of the dealer account transfer process pertaining to North American securities deposited in CDS and DTCC.
