Data Analyst

The Project Control Officer supports the project team and/or project management office (PMO) by tracking and producing reports on key project initiatives such as project plans, financials, change requests, deliverables, risk and issues. Job Description . On time preparing and analysis of reports, and presenting results with meaningful and accurate commentary to project/client contacts . Propose improvements to the supporting analyses in order to improve accuracy and efficiency. Good interpersonal skills

• The role will require a lot of varied undefined activities to be performed from time to time, the candidate should be able to adapt accordingly.. Able to manage ambiguous situations
• If requested to do a task XXXX XXXX normal defined activities, the candidate should be able to perform the same without hesitation.. Implementing and maintaining data controls, and ensuring that processes are aligned with onshore. Attend process-related meetings with Business Units and onshore counterparts, and conduct cross-functional trainings as necessary                                                      . Prepare other administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and Manager. Background and Essential Skills

. Bachelor's degree in any field, with minimum 1-3 years of work experience . An expert of MS Excel . Excellent oral and written communication skills . Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail . Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/escalations and deliver effective resolutions to customers . Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency) . A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business need . A sense of autonomy, initiative and responsibility . A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution . Proficiency to follow and write process documentation . Willingness to grow with the project/CGI . Amenable to flexible shift as the need arises (mid-shift or night shift). as requested by project/onshore . Amenable to report to office as required by BU.
