Job Summary: Workforce Management supports workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and real-time management to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency. The role focuses on balancing service levels, productivity, and cost while supporting business objectives and people management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Workforce Planning & Forecasting, Assist in short-term and long-term workforce forecasting based on volume trends, business needs, and historical data,Support capacity planning and headcount planning for new and existing processes, Analyze demand patterns and recommend staffing solutions, Identify gaps in workforce processes and recommend improvements, Support implementation of WFM tools, automation, and best practices, Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and operational standards
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly WFM reports and dashboards, Analyze KPIs such as AHT, adherence, service levels, and productivity, Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in workforce management tools (e.g., Excel or any other tools), Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards), Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, Attention to detail and data accuracy. Stakeholder Management Work closely with Operations, HR, Training, and Quality teams, and support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Statistics, or related field 8 to 12 years of experience in Workforce Management or Operations Planning
