About the Role The Senior Systems Engineer contributes to operational excellence through technology and solid engineering practices. They ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT platforms, supporting operational efficiency and long-term development. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team and management to ensure project delivery and effective incident resolution, including participation in on-call support outside regular hours. Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, performing complex technical tasks and proposing solutions that follow best practices. Maintain and enhance the overall health and reliability of IT environments. Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues using standards, documentation, and industry best practices. Support product and service owners by analyzing requirements and contributing to the writing and review of detailed technical specifications. Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize team efficiency and service quality. Document system architectures, workflows, and operational procedures for technical teams and management. Maintain accurate system inventories and configuration records.
