Position Title: SuccessFactors LMS & RCM Consultant

Job Type: Full Time Years of Exp: 3+years(2+years of relevant experience is must) Job Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid(3 days WFO is must) Notice Period: Immediate to 15days/Currently serving notice period

Position Description 3+ years of strong experience in SuccessFactors LMS/ RCM module Independently handle LMS/ Recruitment (RCM) configuration and support activities. . Own LMS & RCM module for mid-size to large size implementations or AMS projects. . Work with onsite leads and business SMEs for requirement analysis and solution design. . Support end-to-end RCM & LMS lifecycle: build, test, deploy, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

. Configure Items, Curricula, Programs, and Assignments. . Manage roles, permissions, and security in LMS. . Support EC–LMS integrations and learning assignments. . Handle client escalations and defect resolution independently. . Support quarterly SF releases and regression testing. . Configure LMS and support integrations with EC and third-party content providers . Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks . Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. . Collaborate with technical and integration teams

Skills Expectation

. Strong hands-on Recruitment, LMS knowledge. . Client communication and offshore coordination skills. . Understanding of compliance, certifications, and learning governance. . Valid Certification in SuccessFactors . Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with non-technical colleagues and customers.

Required Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/B.Sc (or equivalent)
