The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong awareness of payments industry trends, bank processing models, payment security, and end-to-end transaction lifecycles. Strong business acumen, positive work ethics, and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including business, product, analytics, UX, and engineering, requiring excellent articulation, negotiation, and influencing skills due to high stakeholder visibility. This role acts as a bridge between business, product, and implementation teams, translating business needs into scalable, high-performance payment solutions. The individual is expected to be an effective leader, mentor, and thought leader, contributing to future-ready payment architectures and strategies. The role combines functional design leadership, solution selling, and client-facing engagement, requiring deep working knowledge of payments and modern distributed system architectures.
