VACANCY: Senior Warehouse Sales ConsultantLOCATION: KwaZulu-Natal, Pinetown Area Full-Time | Permanent

Salary / Commission: Market Related

Our clients are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Warehouse Sales Consultant for a leading player in the industrial warehousing and logistics sector.

This role is ideal for a commercially strong professional who combines proven industrial sales success with operational warehouse understanding.

The successful candidate will drive new business growth while supporting operational excellence within a fast-paced industrial logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identify and secure new industrial clients
• Expand market share within the warehousing and logistics sector
• Prepare commercial quotations and negotiate contracts
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Analyse sales data to improve performance

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee and support daily warehouse activities
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards
• Utilise ERP systems for sales processing, inventory management, and reporting

Leadership & Collaboration

• Promote accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in:
• Industrial warehousing
• Project logistics
• Heavy lift sectors
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of industrial warehousing and clearing & forwarding
• Established network within the industrial logistics sector
• Experience using ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyse data and convert insights into sales strategy

Advantageous:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Zulu language proficiency
