About the position

CONTRACT ROLE - 6 months

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Academic Support professional to join our team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining excellent relationships with potential students, with the key goal of increasing student intake.

This will be achieved through both proactive and reactive communication with potential students, engaging across multiple channels, and following up on leads generated via various marketing campaigns and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and digital platforms to provide course information and guidance
• Build strong relationships with potential students, offering tailored advice to support their career and study decisions
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and databases
• Achieve student recruitment targets by converting leads into successful registrations
• Accurately capture and maintain student information in the CRM system
• Provide timely and professional responses to student queries and concerns
• Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize recruitment campaigns

Requirements: ? Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student advisory roles is an advantage ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals ? Professional, approachable, and student-focused attitude ? Computer literacy and confidence in using CRM systems
