Systems Administrator

About the position

Systems Administrator Area: Hatfield, Pretoria (PTA) Salary Package: negotiable up to R25000 plus Medical Aid, Provident Fund Job Purpose The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the company's systems. This role involves importing data, maintaining client contracts, updating debtor information, managing system users, monitoring communications, and reporting system errors. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Map and import electronic handovers via CSV files
• Capture and maintain client contracts accurately and within required timelines
• Create feedback reports as requested by clients
• Update and correct debtor details on the system
• Create and remove new/old users on the system
• Manage queues and allocate unassigned accounts to agents
• Send ITC listing notices to debtors
• Monitor bulk SMS and emails sent to debtors
• Monitor system performance and report system errors

Skills and Competencies

• Attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Organised and methodical approach to work
• Basic software knowledge will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Experience in system administration or similar administrative role
• Familiarity with debt management systems advantageous
