About the position Hiring: Debtors Clerk - 3-Month Contract (Immediate Start) Location: Booysens, Johannesburg Salary: R18,000 per month Contract: 3-month contract with potential to go permanent based on performance Start Date: Immediately Available Candidates Only About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join our finance team on a 3-month contractual basis, with the possibility of permanent employment depending on performance. The ideal candidate must be able to start immediately and have experience working on ERP financial systems and a Finance Diploma/Degree. Key Responsibilities Managing full debtors function Processing customer invoices and statements Reconciling debtor accounts Following up on outstanding payments Maintaining accurate financial records and reports Assisting with month-end processes Requirements Finance Diploma/Degree Immediate availability Proven experience as a Debtors Clerk, minimum 5 years experience Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SAGE 300, Accpac, etc.) Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines What We Offer Monthly salary of R18,000 Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance Supportive work environment in a centrally located office in Booysens How to Apply If you meet the requirements and can start immediately, please send your CV and supporting documents to: ??
