About the position Lead, plan, and manage financial projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, actuarial, insurance, and operations. Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Apply financial and accounting principles to project planning, reporting, and delivery. Support implementation of IFRS17-related projects (bonus if experienced). Ensure compliance with banking and insurance regulations. Minimum Requirements: Required Qualifications & Experience: (Must have) Degree in Finance or Accounting (BCom, BAcc, or equivalent). (Must have) PMP Certification
- Project Management Professional. 5+ years of experience in project management within banking or insurance. Strong knowledge of financial processes and insurance operations. Familiarity with IFRS17 is a significant advantage. 4
- 6 months contract, this can go over to a permanent role (pending performance). Hybrid (3 days onsite). Between their Randburg / Bank City / Sandton offices. Desired Skills: PMP Certification financial processes insurance operations
